MY MAC CRASHED ON MEEEEE this suckssssss.. i lost my new drawings that i started this year. cuz i didnt back them up on my external.. this blows. so now i basically gotta get a new mac. cuz im pretty much anti pc.... sigh. by my bf's laptop will do for now...

EDIT~~

HOLY CRAP IT WORKS NOW :) i found my ibook cds that came with it and did a hardware test on it and now it works.. this is crazy. thought my harddrive died cuz it was clicking when i try to start up my computer but now it works.. phew and everything is still on it so i was able to save stuff on my external

Wouldn't a new hard drive be the way to go? Unless of course, you really want a new mac. The macbooks are the awesome.

yah because PC's never crash... sigh

Anyway, depending on what is wrong with your computer you may be able to recover stuff from you hard drive. I hope you can :)

That hurts from here. The same thing almost happened to me. I was unable to access my pc due to some system error and I didn't want to reformat because I hadn't backed up my scans, coloring, and photos. Luckily, I was able to remove the harddrive and attach it to an external device which allowed me to access the harddrive through my brother's pc.

Did your harddrive erased or is it something where you just can't get into your mac? I never messed with a mac, but you should be able to do that.
